அதானியின் மன்னார் காற்றாலை மின்சாரத்திட்டம் தொடர்பில் ஏற்பட்டுள்ள இறுக்கமான நிலைப்பாடுகளில், மோடியின் பயணத்தின் பின்னர் மாற்றங்கள் ஏற்படும் என்று எதிர்பார்க்கப்படுகிறது.
மன்னாரில் அமைக்க உத்தேசிக்கப்பட்டுள்ள காற்றாலை மின்சாரத்திட்டத்தில் இருந்து இலங்கைக்கு மின்சாரத்தை கொள்வனவு செய்த அதானி நிறுவனத்துடன் ரணில் அரசாங்கம் செய்து கொண்ட உடன்படிக்கையை விட, குறைந்த கட்டண உடன்படிக்கையை, சம்பூர் காற்றாலை மின்சாரத்திட்டம் தொடர்பில் அனுர அரசாங்கம் வேறு ஒரு இந்திய நிறுவனத்துடன் செய்து கொண்டுள்ளது.
எனவே இங்கு தர்க்கரீதியான வாதத்தை இலங்கை அரசாங்கம் முன்வைக்கிறது. விட்டுக்கொடுக்கப்போவதில்லை என்று ஜனாதிபதி அனுரகுமாரவும் உறுதியாக தெரிவித்து வருகிறார்
எனினும் தாமும் முன்னைய நிலைப்பாட்டை விட்டுக்கொடுக்கப்போவதில்லை என்று அதானி நிறுவனம் கூறுகிறது.
மறுப்பக்கத்தில் மன்னார் மக்கள் இந்த திட்டத்தை எதிர்த்து வருகின்றனர். இதனையும் அனுர அரசாங்கம் கருத்திற்;கொள்ளவேண்டியுள்ளது.அதேநேரம் இலங்கையின் வடக்கு மக்களின் நன்மதிப்பை தக்கவேண்டியது அவசியம் என்ற வகையில் இந்திய அரசாங்கமும் மன்னார் மக்களின் கருத்துக்களுக்கு மதிப்பளிக்கவேண்டியுள்ளது.
இந்த விடயம், தற்போது இலங்கை மக்களுக்கும் வெளிச்சமிடப்பட்ட தகவலாக மாறியுள்ளது.
எனவே மோடியின் பயணத்துக்கு பின்னர் அதானியின் போக்கில் மாற்றம் ஏற்படுமா? அனுரவின் போக்கில் மாற்றம் ஏற்படுமா? அல்லது அரசியல் தேவையை கருத்திற்கொண்டு மன்னார் மக்களின் கோரிக்கையை ஏற்று, இலங்கை மற்றும் இந்திய அரசாங்கங்கள் இந்த திட்டத்தை கைவிடுமா? என்பதை பார்க்கமுடியும்.
Adani? Anura? Modi decides
The tense standoff over Adani’s Mannar wind power project is expected to change after Modi’s visit.
The Anura government has signed a lower-cost agreement with another Indian company for the Sampur wind power project than the agreement the Ranil government signed with Adani, which purchased electricity for Sri Lanka from the wind power project planned to be set up in Mannar.
Therefore, the Sri Lankan government is presenting a logical argument here. President Anura Kumara is also firmly stating that he will not give up
However, Adani says that it will not give up its previous position either.
On the other hand, the people of Mannar are opposing this project. The Anura government must also consider this. At the same time, the Indian government must also respect the views of the people of Mannar, as it is necessary to maintain the goodwill of the people of the north of Sri Lanka.
This matter has now become public information for the Sri Lankan people as well.

මෝඩිගේ සංචාරයෙන් පසු අදානිගේ මන්නාරම සුළං බල ව්යාපෘතිය සම්බන්ධයෙන් ඇති වූ නොසන්සුන්කාරී තත්ත්වය වෙනස් වනු ඇතැයි අපේක්ෂා කෙරේ.
මන්නාරමේ පිහිටුවීමට සැලසුම් කර ඇති සුළං බල ව්යාපෘතියෙන් ශ්රී ලංකාවට විදුලිය මිලදී ගත් රනිල් රජය අදානි සමඟ අත්සන් කළ ගිවිසුමට වඩා අඩු වියදම් ගිවිසුමක් සාම්පූර් සුළං බල ව්යාපෘතිය සඳහා අනුර රජය තවත් ඉන්දියානු සමාගමක් සමඟ අත්සන් කර තිබේ.
එබැවින්, ශ්රී ලංකා රජය මෙහිදී තාර්කික තර්කයක් ඉදිරිපත් කරයි. ජනාධිපති අනුර කුමාර ද තමන් අත් නොහරින බව දැඩි ලෙස ප්රකාශ කරයි
කෙසේ වෙතත්, තමන් පෙර ස්ථාවරය අත් නොහරින බව අදානි පවසයි.
අනෙක් අතට, මන්නාරමේ ජනතාව මෙම ව්යාපෘතියට විරුද්ධ වෙති. අනුර රජය ද මෙය සලකා බැලිය යුතුය. ඒ සමඟම, ශ්රී ලංකාවේ උතුරේ ජනතාවගේ හොඳ හිත පවත්වා ගැනීම අවශ්ය බැවින්, ඉන්දීය රජය මන්නාරමේ ජනතාවගේ අදහස්වලට ගරු කළ යුතුය.
මෙම කාරණය දැන් ශ්රී ලාංකික ජනතාවට ද පොදු තොරතුරු බවට පත්ව ඇත.
ඉතින්, මෝඩිගේ සංචාරයෙන් පසු අදානිගේ ක්රියාමාර්ගය වෙනස් වේද යන්න තවමත් බලා සිටිය යුතුය? අනුරාග්ගේ ගමන් මග වෙනස් වේවිද? නැතහොත් ශ්රී ලංකා සහ ඉන්දීය රජයන්, මන්නාරමේ ජනතාවගේ දේශපාලන අවශ්යතාවය සලකා බලා ඉල්ලීම් පිළිගෙන, මෙම ව්යාපෘතිය අතහැර දමයිද?
